New York-based contemporary realist painter Caleb Nelson Carter will be hosting a special 3-day open studio live model portrait drawing session and demo from Nov 15-17 (Friday 6-8pm, Saturday 10am-12pm, Saturday 2pm-4pm and Sunday 2-4pm).

Each session offers two hours of focused drawing time. Participants are welcome to use any dry drawing media of their choice. Easels and drawing boards are provided, but participants should bring their own paper and preferred drawing materials. Space is limited to 10 participants per session, and advance registration is required. Registrants will receive first priority for choosing easel positions. While space is limited, you may sign up for multiple sessions throughout the weekend. The cost is $30 per 2-hour session. To guarantee your spot, please arrive early.

Each session is informal and uninstructed, but Caleb will be demonstrating a method of Classical Academic drawing and will be available to answer questions about his technique or provide guidance on participants' work.
