Learning the Language of HeART
Join healing artist Breanna Butterworth for a transformative heart centered workshop. Using chalk pastels, you will explore ways your heart and mind connect. Being able to access that well of inspiration, inner wisdom and creative answers is often simply a matter of tuning into the right channel and making the space and time to listen. We will use visual art exercises to explore emotions and the vocabulary of nonverbal expressions to uncover the unique messages your heart holds.
This special Healing Arts Workshop is $50 and open to adults of all ages.
